1. About This Shop
This online shop is operated by DIY Aquarium ("we", "us", "our"). We are a South African business. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing payment.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearances may vary slightly from the images shown.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and invoice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available within South Africa only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for our full returns and refund process. Returns must generally be initiated within 30 days of receipt of goods.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
