Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within South Africa only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and/or the weight of the items in your order. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends or South African public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and our courier partner:

  • Major cities: approximately 2–3 business days
  • Outlying areas: approximately 4–7 business days

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will update your order status. For specific tracking information, please contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number.

Local Pickup

If we offer local pickup, this option will be available at checkout. We will contact you to confirm a suitable collection time and address.


Returns & Refunds

Your Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act

Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, you have the right to return goods and receive a full refund if the goods are:

  • Defective or not of good quality
  • Not fit for the purpose they were intended for
  • Not matching the description or sample provided

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Please do not return goods without first contacting us.

Condition of Returned Goods

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without authorisation may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return (for example, perishable goods, custom-made items, or items that for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once opened). Any such exclusions will be noted on the product listing.
